The Estate Linda’s Hillside Vineyard is located in the southwestern bench lands of Napa Valley, in the Oak Knoll District appellation. The prime hillside vineyard on the Darms Lane estate is named in honor or Linda Bump co-owner of Darms Lane who passed away in 2007 from Ovarian Cancer. It is the finest wine we make – a tribute to her.Tasting Notes
Our finest 2014 wine offers raspberry, cherry, vanilla, aromas with hints of mocha and chocolate. On the palate is plush and rich flavors of dark and red fruit with subtle hints of mocha. Fine tannins on entry, well-structured mid-palate with supple, rich tannins for the finish. We recommend some cellaring and decanting through 2021, it should peak 2023-2028 and continue to age.Vineyard Designation
